Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing disorders.
• Provide direct therapy services using evidence-based techniques and modalities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on therapeutic exercises and strategies for improving communication and swallowing function.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
