Responsibilities- Provide customized massage treatments based on each client's individual needs and wellness goals
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences that encourage repeat visits and long-term client relationships
- Maintain cleanliness, professionalism, and treatment room standards
- Educate clients on treatment recommendations and wellness plans
- Support membership growth and client retention through outstanding service
- Active Delaware Massage Therapy License required
- Current liability insurance
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage required
- Additional massage modalities preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for wellness and helping others
