Primary PurposeThe Cyber Security Engineer will execute tactical elements of the security strategy, acting as a liaison to architecture and operations teams to implement effective security solutions.
Primary Duties- Provide cybersecurity guidance to leadership and stakeholders.
- Resolve incidents, vulnerability compliance, and implement security configurations.
- Collaborate with Vulnerability Management and application teams for secure transition.
- Assist with vulnerability mitigation, incident remediation, and change management.
The CSE works closely with Cloud, Infrastructure, and Utility IT/OT clients to implement security configurations, provide analytical recommendations, act as a senior technical lead, develop monitoring automation, and support remediation efforts.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline, and 8+ years in cyber security.
- At least 5-8 years of security engineering experience.
- Knowledge of encryption algorithms, database systems, embedded systems, and operating systems.
- Experience with IT and OT security principles, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and change management.
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Graduate degree in cyber security or related area.
- Relevant security certifications (CISSP, GIAC, etc.).
- Hands‑on expertise in operating systems, networking, mobility, cryptography, and network security engineering.
- Strong scripting and programming skills.
- Experience with Industrial Control Systems and SCADA environments.
- Annual salary $98,400 – $135,300.
- Annual bonus 15%.

Location:
hybrid – in‑office at least three days per week at Millsboro, DE, Philadelphia, PA, Oakbrook Terrace, IL or Owings Mills, MD.
