Maintenance Mechanics keep operations running smoothly. Level C Mechanics perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs, paving the way for a long‑term career in maintenance. The role offers a skills‑based pay model and access to certified training programs.

• Inspect machines regularly for signs of malfunction, including visual and sound inspection.
• Install, assemble, and test new machines and equipment.
• Complete work orders as assigned.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including PPE, lockout‑tagout, and process safety management.

• High School Diploma/GED or vocational training.
• Entry‑level general maintenance experience (0–3 years) with on‑the‑job and informal training.
• Basic theory, practical knowledge, and skills to function as an entry‑level mechanic safely.
• Proven ability in at least one of the following technical skill areas:
  • Maintenance Fundamentals
  • Electrical Power
  • Mechanical Concepts
  • Electrical Controls
  • Pneumatics
  • Hydraulics
  • Analog & Drive Control
  • PLC
  • Welding SMAW
  • Welding GTAW
• Additional general maintenance skills (welding arc/stick/TIG, math for mechanics, assembly, conveyors, mechanical drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, fabrication, safety).
• Certificates preferred.
