Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing/distribution sector, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and has strong technical capabilities.

• Manage full‑cycle accounts payable processing
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice and payment processing
• Support month‑end close activities
• Maintain organized financial records
• Assist with audit preparation as needed
• Must have experience with a cloud‑based ERP system and advanced Excel

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs required)
• Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
• Prior manufacturing or distribution industry experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a high‑volume environment
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
