The successful candidate will be a key player in managing and overseeing all phases of project planning and execution related to MEP systems.

• Oversee all stages of project life cycles, from initial planning and feasibility assessments to design, construction and handover.
• Manage coordination and implementation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in accordance with project specifications and requirements.
• Lead and manage project teams, including contractors, engineers and other professionals, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and team members.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues and take corrective actions as necessary to keep the project on track.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards, regulations and best practices.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Proven experience in managing large‑scale commercial and industrial projects.
• Advanced knowledge of construction methodologies, standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team‑management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive teams to achieve project goals.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to handle complex technical issues and make effective decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and team members.
• Preferred: degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
