Major Functions- Provide direct outpatient mental health services in accordance with CCHN policies.
- Provide services in accordance with regular service schedules approved by the Chief Medical Officer and/or Director of Medical Staff Services.
- Provide outpatient services according to schedules approved by the Chief Medical Officer and/or Director of Medical Staff Services & Recruitment
- Supervise CCHN employees and participate in provider committees as assigned by the Chief Medical Officer
- Maintain patient records, secure appropriate patient informed consent or refusal and complete all forms and reports as required by CCHN policies and procedures.
- Maintain reasonable service productivity levels in accordance with standards set by CCHN.
- Maintain current unrestricted New Jersey License to practice in New Jersey
- Carry out such other reasonable mental health professional tasks as assigned by the Chief Medical Officer.
Current unrestricted license to practice in the State of New Jersey;
Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends; and care for the health underserved population.
