DaVita is an outpatient dialysis center dedicated to providing life‑saving care to patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Our mission is to be the Provider, Partner, and Employer of Choice, delivering quality service to patients, partners, and teammates.

• Provide direct one‑on‑one patient care during dialysis treatments.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, including measuring and recording statistics, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
• Educate patients on kidney dialysis topics and build long‑term relationships with patients receiving treatment up to three times per week.
• Work collaboratively with a cross‑functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership under RN supervision.
• Float to various clinics during and after training to support clinical operations.

• Desire to enter the health care field to care for other people in need.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working around blood and needles; ability to mix acid or bicarbonate.
• Physical and mental ability to work long hours (some shifts are 12+ hours) on feet and wear comfortable shoes.
• Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed.
• Healthcare experience a plus, including BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification.

Wage Range: $20.00 - $30.50 per hour. Compensation depends on qualifications, skills, competences, and experience.
