Company revenue is generated through four primary channels:
Global distributors, National distributors, Direct field selling efforts, and Inside sales selling efforts. DWK supports four primary market segments:
Laboratory, Pharmaceutical, Analytical Sciences, and Industrial glass.

The Machine Operator is responsible for procurement and operation of machinery in a safe and efficient manner and to produce product per customer specification.

• Operate production equipment to produce products in accordance with production needs.
• Complete equipment set‑up’s in accordance with customer specifications and quality procedures.
• Produce assigned products in accordance with verbal and written instructions.
• Record length of time and quantity of materials used for each job.
• Inspect parts and document findings on appropriate paperwork as needed.
• Notify management of product discrepancies, equipment malfunctions and/or personal injuries.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.
• Maintain work areas in a clean, orderly and safe manner to include returning tools to designated areas.
• Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
• Rubber machine operator (molding) position requires heat‑resist sleeves & gloves, safety glasses, and during set up steel toe tips.
• Seals machine operator position requires safety glasses, ear plugs and during set up steel toe tips.
• Required to wear proper gowning for specific areas.
• Maintain good housekeeping and EHS requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of proven Machine Operator experience.
• MS Office Suite, SAP a plus.
• Understands the basic concepts of manufacturing.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be substituted at management discretion.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to lift at times up to 15 lbs.
