- Eligibility for ACA Benefits plans after the Initial Measurement Period (minimum 130 hours per calendar month during the first 12 months). Eligibility includes major medical, dental, and vision options
- Benefit eligibility varies by employment status and location
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component) — Aveanna can assist in obtaining after hire if necessary
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
