Responsibilities
  • Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high quality, service, and.
  • Plan each shift, monitor performance, take corrective action, monitor safety, security, and profitability.
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare a smooth transition.
  • Meet shift targets and help assigned departments reach their goals.
Qualifications
  • Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Positive team player with a flexible schedule and the passion to work in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned restaurants.
