Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $29.00/hr additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour based on specific criteria.

Stocking associates unload trucks, stock new freight, and perform day‑to‑day activities in the backroom. Duties include lifting heavy objects (>50 lbs) and operating heavy machinery such as forklifts if required.
Key Responsibilities- Unload trucks and stock new merchandise.
- Maintain organized, clean backroom environment.
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment as needed.
- Adhere to safety and weight‑lifting guidelines.
- Physical ability to lift >50 lbs.
- Experience with forklifts a plus.
- Reliability and punctuality for part‑time schedule.
