We are seeking a motivated and technically minded Graduate Technical Specialist to join a fast-growing international company based in the Northern Suburbs. This is a hands-on, high-impact graduate role designed for candidates with a strong engineering foundation, excellent problem-solving ability, and a keen interest in delivering a premium customer experience across a global network. The position is operational rather than desk-bound and offers the opportunity to support product performance analysis, troubleshoot technical cases, and collaborate with global teams to drive continuous improvement across systems, field operations and installations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in analysing product and system performance across regions, identifying trends, failures and anomalies
- Support the production of technical reports, dashboards and validation of field data
- Help escalate systemic issues to R&D and support root-cause investigations
- Provide remote troubleshooting support and assist in defining corrective actions for technical issues
- Contribute field insights to product improvement recommendations
- Support testing and validation of engineering changes and system upgrades
- Assist in creating and updating MEP, layout and site readiness drawings, and define site requirements for water, electrical, drainage and space
- Maintain accurate documentation, CRM entries and internal technical content
- Provide technical support to Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing and field teams
- Ensure showroom and operational equipment is correctly configured and functional
- Contribute to workflow optimisation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- A relevant engineering degree or diploma (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, automation, water treatment, or similar)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with a willingness to learn system-level performance analysis
- Familiarity with technical drawings, schematics and mechanical assemblies (or a strong aptitude to develop these skills)
- Good computer literacy, including Excel and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license for site visits
