Minimum requirements:
- 5+ years’ procurement/commercial experience.
- Strong technical procurement and supplier negotiation experience.
- Proven business development and client relationship management skills.
- Experience managing and growing a procurement category.
- Proven team leadership experience.
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- International supplier/client experience advantageous
- English essential
- French/Portuguese advantageous
- Willing to travel approximately one week per month to Namibia, Mozambique, Congo, Gabon, etc.
