• Competitive hourly pay: up to $70 per hour based on years of experience
• Performance bonus: up to $10 per billable hour
• Sign‑On Bonus – Level A: $6,000;
  Level B: $3,000

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems
• Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team
• Interact with customers to deliver transparent, high‑quality service
• Work in a shop built around respect, communication, and continuous improvement

• A Level (7‑10+ years): up to $70 per hour
• B Level (2‑7 years): up to $45 per hour
• Tire Tech/C Level (6 months‑2 years): up to $32 per hour

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
• Have the needed dexterity to efficiently use hand‑tools
• Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Keep a brisk work pace in a high‑volume environment
• Efficiently navigate a computer
