Supply Planner II

Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead daily execution activities with 3rd party service providers and resolve various customer fulfilment exceptions by working cross functionally
• Managing the inventory and track the supply shipments to fulfill backlog shipments
• Define requirement and lead testing and implementation of ERP-Systems/applications to meet Fulfillment business needs and drive automation initiatives
• Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems enhancements
• Undertake ad‑hoc queries and perform quantitative and/or qualitative analysis to resolve operational issues and drive operational excellence
• Serve as owner of Fulfillment KPIs by analyzing supplier performance indicators, leading regular KPI reviews and driving root cause and corrective actions with suppliers

• 2 years experience in relative supply chain management, inventory management or related field
• 4 year college degree required, B.S preferred
• In depth knowledge of various ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
• Experience with EDI a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package [Excel – Advanced/Expert level, Word, Outlook (Proficient in managing a high level of daily email activity), PowerPoint, Project Management tools,
• Ability to meet daily & weekly deadlines to achieve the departmental SLA’s.
• Customer‑oriented individual and an outstanding problem‑solver.
