What you will do…

As a Payactiv Client Success Manager, Existing, you’ll be the strategic partner for our employer clients, ensuring they gain maximum value from our solutions. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts post-onboarding, drive adoption, and focus on retention and growth.

• Own client relationships and serve as the main point of contact post-onboarding
• Build trusted relationships with HR teams and senior stakeholders
• Lead strategic planning and deliver impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities to drive retention and expansion
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
• Use data and insights to inform client strategy and showcase ongoing value
• Act as escalation lead when needed, ensuring quick and effective resolution

What you need…

• 3–5 years of CSM experience in B2B/B2B2C SaaS or fintech
• Background in working with HR or employer organizations is a plus
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Data-driven, with experience in identifying insights and trends
• Confident presenter with the ability to influence across all levels
