Job Description
Responsibilities
• Support the sales team by conducting market insights to create go-to-market strategy and suggest improvements in existing strategy and process
• Job Scope: IIoT AOnline business in U.S., the initial assignment will be started from assigned territory.
• Penetrate Online market to maximize sales revenue from Aonline Business model
• Identify high impact channels for acquiring new leads and work across functions to operationalize these channels to facilitate ever increasing sales productivity and unlock growth
• Create innovative, data-driven strategies to promote sales operations objectives
• Design and execute territory/vertical assignments and quota setting processes
• Understand competitors' approaches to the markets, and what makes them successful. Craft our sales model in accordance with our strategy & culture, incorporating best practices and what can differentiate us
• Hire, train, motivate and supervise a dynamic, aggressive sales team.
• Develop, measure, and maintain sales performance metrics and forecasts and establish compensation and incentive plans
• Work with senior leadership within the company on ad-hoc strategies and operational projects that have global impact
• Any other projects and tasks that may be assigned to you.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in a sales operations environment, preferably managing an inside sales organization and in the high tech industry
• Demonstrated passion for information and business intelligence
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
• Proven track record of effectively interfacing with cross-functional departments and sales management team
