Job Description

Join Sandisk’s People Experience team as a Sr. Business & People Partner (BPP), providing strategic partnership to the Corporate Functions. In this highly visible and global role, you will support a talented team of Business & People Partners to drive strategic initiatives that result in business value and impact. As a trusted advisor and consultant to senior leaders, you will help define a world class people strategy and plans that deliver sustained impact in attracting, engaging and developing our workforce.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Acts as a trusted advisor and strategic HR partner to designated executives
  • Actively engage business leaders to plan and execute effective business strategies that align with global people solutions priorities and drive business results.
  • Leverage deep understanding of the business to translate and drive clear business‑focused talent, engagement and organizational strategies that achieve business outcomes, using data to drive insights and actions.
  • Drive the BU talent agenda and provides leadership on talent management, including assessing, developing, coaching and rewarding global talent.
  • Leverage deep understanding of the business to translate and drive clear business‑focused talent, engagement and organizational strategies that achieve business outcomes, using data to drive insights and actions.
  • Forge strong partnerships with teams across the People Solutions ecosystem, including COE and other partners to identify and deliver fit for purpose solutions.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives with a focus on culture, inclusion, leadership capabilities and engagement.
  • Leads and participates in cross‑functional working teams on strategic initiatives
Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with relevant certification preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources or relevant experience
  • Demonstrates an inclusive leadership style with an emphasis on results and developing high performing team members
  • Experience working and navigating matrixed and global teams – experience in working with teams in India, Israel and Asia are a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in developing cutting edge global strategy and driving process improvements in a global workplace
  • Experience and resiliency in leading and supporting transformation and change
  • Proven track record of influencing, leading and facilitating large scale strategic initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders
Skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills (including presentation skills) across levels, with an ability to persuade and influence, and the ability to build enthusiasm and commitment
  • Goal‑oriented, proactive, resourceful, accountable and passionate about driving results
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • An agile and continuous learner with personal resilience and an ability to deal with ambiguity
