Job Requirements- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies and techniques
- Passion for working with young learners and helping them reach their full potential
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents/guardians
- 12 ECE units
- Related AA/ BS
- AMS or AMI Montessori certification or 2+ years experience working in a montessori classroom.
- Lead and facilitate classroom activities for a group of students
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Provide instruction in math, literacy education, and other subjects as needed
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for children
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience
- Implement early intervention strategies for students who may need additional support
- Incorporate physical education activities into daily routines
- Foster the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child
