Responsibilities
  • Develop full Production test programs in Linux platforms.
  • Production Test Program coding will heavily involve C++ for embedded processor test system.
  • Test Engineer will be responsible for a full automated test cell with tester and device handler.
  • Debug test programs using tester system tools and bench equipment such as oscilloscopes, meters, and logic analyzers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve product quality.
  • Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, procedures, and specifications.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in memory testing and characterization.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for test processes and methodologies.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on test development best practices.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field;
    Master s degree preferred.
  • 8 years of experience in test development engineering or a related field within the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong proficiency in software design background (Drivers, Data structures, Class Hierarchy, Compilers, Memory Management).
Preferred:
  • Basic EE and storage/bus protocols knowledge (PCIe/USB 3.0/SATA) is a plus.
  • USB /PCIe driver development preferred.
Skills:
  • Excellent programming skills in languages such as C++, Java and Python.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and their impact on testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in memory device testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Deep understanding of memory technology and semiconductor industry trends.
