• 5+ years of design and engineering analysis experience with a BSME or equivalent (MSME preferred)
• Experience transitioning at least two complex electromechanical products from early concepts into production—preferably in robotics, automation, life‑science, or medical device industries
• Hands‑on project management experience leading a cross‑functional team in a fast‑paced product development environment
• Experience designing molded, sheet metal, cast and machined components
• Experience with mechanisms; motion control is a plus
• ME analysis experience in kinematics, structural, thermal and tolerances
• Proficient with Solid Works (Creo a plus)
• Strong client interfacing skills
• Hands‑on performance in shop/lab skills

• Lead cross‑functional teams in designing products with multiple powered DOFs
• Work with clients to identify requirements; brainstorm, define and develop product solutions
• Manage project budget, schedule and deliverables as the primary point of contact with clients. Coordinate work with other engineers across multiple offices
• Create detailed designs and documentation to meet project objectives
• Identify and perform mechanical engineering analyses
• Collaborate with /UX teams to produce refined product designs
• Interface with vendors for prototyping, tooling & production
• Test and evaluate prototypes, tooling and first articles
• Create project and technical reports as required
