As a
Product Engineer, you will focus on bringing new and innovative linear RFICs, optoelectronics, and analog microelectronics products to the marketplace. These best-in-class products are top quality for high-reliability markets, meeting customer needs for system solutions. Our product engineers provide these solutions by supporting semiconductor component design, development, and manufacturing. Candidates should enjoy working in a highly dynamic, small-team environment where personal ownership and initiative in seeking outside-the-box solutions is fostered.

US Citizen or Green Card Holder ONLY

• Initiate new component development solutions through conception, release to production and end of life.
• Review and support product specifications, process flows, and other information to understand and improve methods and activities in product manufacturing to ensure products will meet customer design requirements.
• Lead product engineering activities, product sampling and yield/cost improvement.
• Coordinate with Operations to provide product support and production data review and improve production lead times and maintain on time delivery goals.
• Coordinate with Quality to ensure products meet stringent requirements and specifications. Provide necessary support of product failures.
• Review customer specifications and requirements. Analyze and report on high-reliability production data.
• Communicate with vendors, service providers and/or customers to support device performance and quality requirements and delivery schedule needs.

• US Citizen or Green Card Holder ONLY
• BS in Electronics Engineering and 5 years’ related experience in Product, Design, or Test Engineering or equivalent.
• MS in Electronics Engineering and 3 years’ related experience.
• Knowledge emphasis on relevant device physics and die and packaging technologies.
