Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management activities. The ideal candidate will ensure the financial health of the organization by implementing sound financial practices and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and perform variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process.
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Supervise the finance team and support their professional development.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and improve financial performance.
• Monitor internal controls and ensure appropriate financial procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a financial management role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
