Robo Force is an AI robotics company building Physical AI and Robo‑Labor systems for dull, dirty, and dangerous work. Our flagship robot, TITAN, is a super humanoid robot designed for industrial environments. We are based in Milpitas, CA and require 5 days/week in‑office collaboration.

We are looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter - AI/ML who will drive full‑cycle recruitment for high‑impact technical roles, ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end recruiting for AI, software, and hardware roles, and beyond.
  • Partner with hiring managers on requirements, job descriptions, and sourcing strategies.
  • Source and engage candidates via Linked In, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Manage interviews, share feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and support team hiring efforts.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding for consistency and compliance.
  • Support office operations and team engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment.
Requirements
  • 5–10 years in technical recruiting
  • Track record sourcing and closing senior technical talent.
  • Skilled in recruiting tools, sourcing, and pipeline management.
  • Strong communicator with relationship‑building skills.
  • Able to juggle priorities and work independently in fast‑paced settings.
  • Basic HR knowledge related to onboarding, offboarding, and office operations.
  • Requires 5 days/week in‑office collaboration with the teams.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Assess technical resumes and communicate effectively with engineers.
  • Experience in recruiting in fast‑paced startups and managing multiple priorities.
  • Skilled at finding hard‑to‑reach technical talent.
  • Active in robotics/AI communities like Linked In, Git Hub, and hackathons.
