PC Technician

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Technician with strong hands‑on background in rack stacking, hardware troubleshooting, and data center equipment setup.

The ideal candidate will deploy and maintain high‑performance computing systems, including compute, networking, and storage infrastructure.

$43.27 - $48.27 per hour

Bachelor's degree

• Install and configure servers, networking gear, and storage units in data center racks.
• Ensure proper cabling, labeling, and power management.
• Diagnose and resolve compute issues (CPU, GPU, thermal, power).
• Integrate and troubleshoot Ethernet and Infini Band network infrastructures.
• Configure and test Ethernet switches and networking hardware.
• Replace failed drives and address hardware issues in storage arrays.
• Troubleshoot storage systems including SSD‑based setups, RAID configurations, and parallel file systems.

• Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on experience in hardware deployment and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of server architecture and components.
• Network cabling and protocols.
• Storage architecture and drive‑level failure recovery.
• Basic experience with Linux commands and OS.
• Demonstrated ability to independently identify and fix hardware issues.
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Enthusiasm to learn emerging technologies in high‑performance computing.
