ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Salesforce Analytics with a strong focus on reporting, dashboards, CRM Analytics (CRMA), and Xactly to join our team.
• This role will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights, supporting business decisions, and enhancing the performance of our Salesforce and incentive compensation platforms.

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Build and manage advanced datasets, lenses, and dashboards using CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
• Integrate and analyze data from Xactly to support sales performance management and compensation reporting.
• Monitor data quality and integrity across Salesforce, CRMA, and Xactly platforms.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
• Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and best practices.
• Partner with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Compensation teams to optimize data structures and reporting capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
• Knowledge of Xactly compensation plans, crediting, and quota management.
• Understanding of data visualization best practices.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
