• We are seeking an experienced Hardware Technician with a strong background in data center hardware deployment, rack stacking, and system troubleshooting.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with server, storage, and networking components, and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues in high-performance computing environments.

• Install, configure, and cable servers, networking devices, and storage systems in data center racks.
• Ensure proper labeling, airflow management, and power distribution for optimal performance and maintenance.
• Maintain hardware inventory, rack layouts, and deployment documentation.
• Handle diagnostics and issue resolution across three primary domains:

• Identify, replace, and test faulty components such as CPUs, GPUs, memory, or power supplies.
• Diagnose thermal, electrical, and hardware performance issues.
• Support BIOS configuration, firmware updates, and hardware validation testing.

• Install and troubleshoot Ethernet and Infini Band networking hardware.
• Configure switches, test connectivity, and verify network performance.
• Manage structured cabling, patch panels, and link aggregation setups.

• Replace failed drives and troubleshoot issues in RAID arrays, SSD/NVMe storage, and parallel file systems.
• Diagnose data access performance problems and assist with recovery procedures.
• Maintain understanding of file systems, storage policies, and system-level performance metrics.

• Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on experience in hardware deployment and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of server architecture, network protocols, and storage systems.
• Working knowledge of Linux commands and OS‑level troubleshooting.
• Experience in a data center or high‑performance computing (HPC) environment preferred.
• Familiarity with BMC/IPMI tools and remote management consoles.
• Experience with automated hardware monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of ESXi, Proxmox, or other hypervisor platforms.
• Understanding data center safety and ESD best practices.
