• Design and develop automation for system images of Windows-based Kiosk style devices
• Conduct software evaluation and testing for deployability, including test automation
• Provide technical documentation for the design, implementation, and testing of systems and software
• Collaborate with cross‑functional project and product teams to address system issues and security findings
• Document and repair errors related to change automation

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field
• At least three years of experience in system management, automation, and application deployment
• Experience with Power Shell and Git Hub
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic and international)

• Experience operating in agile development environments
• Knowledge of automation for Windows Desktop and Server
• Familiarity with Microsoft Desired State Configuration and system automation tools (Chef, Ansible, etc.)
• Programming experience with Go, Python, or Bash
• Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS
