• Lead discovery and current-state analysis to identify value opportunities in people processes
• Drive digital and AI transformation initiatives, transitioning manual processes into automated workflows
• Design and prototype HR workflows prioritizing usability, efficiency, and compliance
• Act as the primary contact for HR platform vendors during configuration, testing, and release
• Own User Acceptance Testing, ensuring functionality meets requirements prior to release

• 6+ years' experience as a business analyst or product/implementation specialist focused on HR systems
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience leading major HR system projects, including vendor management
• Advanced expertise in HRIS platforms and their modules
• Strong understanding of HR processes and relevant compliance requirements

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Skilled in process improvement and design methodologies such as Lean, Agile, and Design Thinking
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and technical concepts to collaborate effectively with IT
