Job Description /Preferred Qualifications Responsibilities:

Administrating, supporting, and continuously improving KLA's Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Dev Ops, and Enterprise AI platforms that enable engineering teams worldwide.

Providing technical leadership for a diverse portfolio of solutions, including AI-powered developer tools, source code management, artifact management, CI/CD, and software quality platforms

Partnering closely with Engineering, Cybersecurity, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable services.

Play an integral part of Engineering productivity and software development workflows, this position will play a key role in supporting the rapid growth of AI platforms, onboarding users, evaluating emerging technologies, and driving automation initiatives that enhance the developer experience across KLA.

Preferred Qualifications:

ExperiencesupportingAIgovernance,AIFinOps,usageanalytics,consumption reporting,andenterpriseAIadoptionprograms.

Experiencewithdeveloperproductivitymetrics,dashboarding,andbusinessintelligenceplatforms.

Knowledgeofsoftwarelicensing,vendor management,contract negotiations,andenterpriseprocurementprocessesforengineeringtools.

Experiencesupportingglobalengineeringorganizationsinsemiconductor,manufacturing,orhigh-technology industries.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor'sor Master'sdegreein

Computer

Science,Information Systems,Engineering,orarelatedtechnicalfield.

Eight (8) yearsofexperienceadministeringandsupportingenterprise

Application Lifecycle Management (ALM),Dev Ops,Software Development,or Engineering

Productivity platforms.

Strong hands-on experience with one or more sourcecodemanagement,workitemmanagement,artifact repository,CI/CD,andsoftwarequalityplatformssuchas

Jira,Atlassian Cloud,IBMEWM/RTC,Azure Dev Ops ,Git Hub Enterprise ,Artifactory,Xray,JFrogCuration,Jenkins,Sonar Qube,andMend.

Experience deploying, administering,orsupportingenterpriseAI-poweredsoftwaredevelopmentplatformsandcodingassistants,including

Git Hub Copilot ,Devin,Augment Code,Claude Code,Windsurf,andemergingAIengineeringproductivitysolutions.
