The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation and Quality, builds our leading-edge technology. GOPS partners with KLA's global supply base and design engineering teams to develop new products, working continuously to build better, faster and more cost-efficient solutions.

In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise. As an NPI Sourcing Manager, you will be at the forefront of bringing KLA’s most advanced, next-generation technologies to life. You will lead technical sourcing strategy and supplier partnerships for breakthrough products—playing a critical role in shaping the future of semiconductor innovation.

• Drive Innovation Through Strategic Sourcing: support a forward-looking sourcing strategy that accelerates new technology introduction and strengthens KLA’s competitive edge.
• Lead Cross-Functional Execution:
  Partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, legal, supply chain and other cross functional teams to ensure seamless program execution from concept through volume production.
• Shape Supplier Ecosystems:
  Early Engage key suppliers early in the product lifecycle—leading development of sourcing packages (NDAs, Development Agreements, RFQs, SOWs, Purchase Agreements) and ensuring supplier readiness during and after development.
• Own Cost, Quality & Delivery Outcomes:
  Take ownership of NPI cost targets—proactively identifying risks, driving mitigation strategies, and ensuring alignment with quality, delivery, and technology goals.
• Influence and Negotiate with Impact:
  Build strong supplier relationships and lead negotiations with confidence—balancing cost optimization with innovation, quality, and speed.
• Accelerate Time-to-Market:
  Ensure compliance with PLC phase exit requirements while maintaining a relentless focus on execution excellence and supplier manufacturing readiness.
• Align to Category Strategies:
  Collaborate with category managers to align sourcing activities with broader commodity strategies—leveraging business scale and enabling early supplier engagement.

• A technical foundation (BS in Engineering or equivalent technical experience) with the ability to engage deeply on complex systems and components
• A track record in NPI, sourcing strategy, and project management
• Experience bridging engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions
• Demonstrated ability to influence suppliers, negotiate effectively, and drive results under pressure
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel (15–20%) to engage with global suppliers and teams
• Proven experience in the semiconductor or capital equipment industry is a plus

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience;
Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years;
Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years; OR equivalent experience
