Position: Learning Center Manager- Milpitas (Urgent Hire)

Learning Center Manager (URGENT HIRE)

Work Locations (In-Person): Milpitas (Think Zone opening multiple locations in SF Bay Area: Fremont, Union City, Milpitas)

Employment Type: Full-time (In-Person)

Compensation: Total package $55,000 – $72,000/yr (base $25/hour + commission)

Work Schedule: 30–40 hours per week

About Think Zone: Fast‑growing Bay‑Area based learning center brand offering personalized, effective math learning for K‑8 students. Scaling a new kind of education experience through curriculum, systems, and human support.

About the Role: Full‑time Center Manager to lead and grow flagship learning centers. Operate as a business owner with HQ support, shaping students’ learning experiences, families’ trust, and brand future.

What You’ll Do:

Center Ownership & Operations
  • Lead day‑to‑day operations and ensure smooth classroom and scheduling flow
  • Build a positive and trusted relationship with families
  • Monitor student learning and track satisfaction
Growth & Marketing
  • Promote center through school outreach, events, and local partnerships
  • Convert trial students into long‑term enrollments
  • Work closely with Growth Team to achieve center targets
Team Leadership
  • Recruit and train tutors with HQ support
  • Create a fun, professional, and reliable team culture
  • Ensure team quality through feedback and coaching
System Contribution
  • Help pilot new systems, provide feedback, and contribute to process improvement
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with HQ departments (training, curriculum, marketing)

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Strong communication skills
  • Prior experience in education, operations, customer service, or team leadership a plus (not required)
