As the Project Manager, you will play a vital leadership role in ensuring each project is executed safely, efficiently, and within scope, all while maintaining alignment with client and internal expectations.
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and management of construction projects from pre‑construction to closeout
- Interpret project documents including plans, specifications, bid packages, and soils reports to validate deliverables and risk areas
- Develop detailed project budgets and cost forecasts, identifying value engineering or cost‑saving opportunities
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and procurement documentation
- Conduct and lead pre‑construction meetings and ongoing site meetings to ensure clarity and alignment among stakeholders
- Provide leadership and direction to superintendents, engineers, and field crews to maintain production and safety standards
- Review project deliverables, RFIs, submittals, and change orders with precision and timeliness
- Track budgets, timelines, and production reports through detailed data analysis and field feedback
- Partner with accounting and administration teams on progress billings and cost‑to‑complete reporting
- Support company compliance with safety, environmental, and contractual standards on every project
- Oversee project closeout activities including final documentation, warranty letters, and as‑built records
