Lean Teq is best‑in‑class in a very niche part of the semiconductor industry and is looking for quality‑oriented people who enjoy working in a great culture to join our team. Our company performs chemical cleaning of the manufacturing parts for the semiconductor industry.
Pay: $23 - $28 per hour.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CMM machine, Laser Microscope, roughness and thickness handheld gauges and other QC related tools and equipment
- Generate measurements and QC reports
- Responsible for equipment PM and maintenance
- Able to write computer script for the automated equipment – a plus
- Generate and provide SPC charts
- Additional duties as assigned
- High school graduate with quality control experience
- Logical with good analytical skills
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Regularly communicate with the Production, Lab Manager and teammates on daily assignments and report any discrepancies or relevant production related information
- Works frequently with Engineering Director to improve quality and processes
This job operates in a production and professional office environment, which may include wet or humid conditions, extreme cold and heat, and working near moving mechanical parts or equipment. Noise level is usually moderate. The employee is regularly required to lift or move up to 30 pounds, sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, balance, speak, hear, and smell. The position may require working during non‑standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
