• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Hands‑on experience in a production or quality setting
• Eye for accuracy and care in every step
• Physically able to stand, move, and lift (up to) 50 lbs
• Strong work ethic and a crew‑first attitude

• Perform visual inspection of electronic cards, sub-assemblies, and systems or units to ensure products meet established specifications for reliability and workmanship.
• Utilize gauges, templates, microscopes, and other manufacturing aids to ensure products meet specifications.
• Ensure that all required process operations have been performed on the product being inspected.
• Enter all quality data into the appropriate electronic or manual systems.
• Notify the appropriate personnel if unusual product defects are identified or if process yields fall below acceptable levels.
• Provide timely feedback to manufacturing when a non‑conforming product is identified.
• Accurately complete all administrative activities associated with quality inspection.
• Perform process audits and assist manufacturing with interpreting quality and workmanship standards.
• Assist with the disposition of all non‑conforming materials or products.
