Join B&Z Manufacturing Company Inc. as a Vertical CNC Lathe or Mill Set-up/Operator where precision meets innovation! The ideal candidate must be able to read, write and understand English. Potential employees must be team-oriented, punctual, honest and able to operate multiple machines while multi-tasking in limited supervised prototype and production conditions. Operators must complete assigned tasks and have dependable transportation. If you match these qualities and would like to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Load, run & maintain multiple CNC Lathes or vertical mills
- Use of Hardinge, Nakamura, Kitamura, Makino & Haas with Fanuc style controls
- Read and understand blueprints to utilize GD&T
- Cut material on a horizontal band saw
- Light deburring of machined parts to customer’s specifications
- Microscope experience a plus
- Coolant maintenance: check percentage levels and fill tanks as necessary
- Daily skimming of all tramp oils in coolant sumps
- Light facility maintenance to keep equipment and storage areas in a neat, clean, and safe working condition
- Requires long periods of standing, walking, bending and lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Read, and understand company job travelers and must use bar code system for job tracking
- Having your own tools is a plus but not necessary
- Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus
- 40 Hours per week
- Day shift = Monday-Friday - 6 am to 3 pm
- Starting Date: ASAP
- Salary: TBD based on experience
