• Lead the charge on pursuit planning and proposal development that makes XL stand out.
• Partner with Business Development and project teams to craft compelling RFQs, RFPs, and presentations.
• Turn complex project details into clear, memorable narratives.
• Support our communications efforts with creative content, case studies, project write-ups, and client stories.
• Design marketing collateral that captures XL’s purpose and professionalism.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and help position XL for future growth.

• 5-7 years’ of marketing experience (AEC industry preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Cosential, Deltek, etc.) a plus.
• Passion for teamwork, organization, and creative problem-solving.

In accordance with California’s pay transparency requirements, thebase salary range for this position is $ - $ annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Total compensation may also include performance-based bonuses.
