As a Server, you’ll help provide each customer with an AUS-SOME dining experience in the restaurant, making each guest’s day better.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to their preferences.
• Have extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu; recommend, upsell, and reinforce customer orders.
• Assist with assembling food and condiments per Outback standards. Check for order accuracy and review with guests before serving.
• Be a team player by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring opportunities to WOW customers are maximized. Teamwork is essential.
• Maintain safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during your shift.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs; work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing duties.
• For California positions:
  Responsible Beverage Service Certification required (can be completed during training or within 60 days of start).
