An exciting opportunity for a culinary enthusiast to join Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) as a Froster. No prior experience required; we provide full training. The role is a permanent, year‑round position requiring availability on holidays, weekends, and reasonable weekday shifts.
The Froster creates and frosts cakes using NbC’s proprietary recipes and strict food safety standards. They help ensure a consistent, high‑quality product that delights our guests and supports the bakery’s production demands.
Accountabilities / Duties- Follow the proprietary frosting recipe and application methods with precision to meet productivity goals.
- Use measuring instruments, a commercial‑grade or handheld mixer, and pastry bags to frost cakes.
- Prioritize cake pre‑orders and frosted cakes for walk‑in guests according to schedule.
- Maintain sufficient samples and frosted cakes in the bakery display case, and manage frosting and frosted cake par levels.
- Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, storage, and product rotation standards; keep frosting and refrigeration logs.
- Monitor frosting inventory and notify management when replenishment is required.
- Assess baked and frosted cakes for quality, reporting any concerns to management.
- Clean, sanitize, and restock workstations; prepare frosting supplies for the next shift and wash equipment if the Dishwasher/Utility Employee is absent.
- Comply with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code and personal hygiene.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- No formal education or work experience required; prior experience in an operational support role at a bakery, restaurant, or food‑service environment is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- MUST be able to work Sundays.
