Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in all tasks involved in the overall operation of a store. Duties include ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18

• Prior retail and/or management experience required

• Physical demands: standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours per day

• Full-time position, up to 38 hours per week
