Business Development, Sales Representative
We are looking for an entry to junior level Sales Manager to join our US Sales department. This role will act as a liaison between our sales team and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and securing design wins.
Role And Responsibilities:- Handling inbound customer inquiries and identifying engagement opportunities.
- Help to determine the viability of potential customers looking for flash storage and graphics solutions.
- Assist Regional Sales Managers with follow-up inquiries, NDAs, Marketing Collateral, Sample Orders, Datasheets, etc.
- Provide assistance in tracking customer qualifications.
- Assist with virtually managed inventories/HUB.
- Manage the day-to-day account activities related to distribution and industrial project customers.
- Analyzing data to explain the benefits of SMI products and services to potential customers.
- Field sales experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
- Proficient in verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to comprehend technical discussions and write notes/summaries.
- Must enjoy working with dynamic people and building client relationships.
- General familiarity with PC system architectures and Windows/Linux OS environment.
- Good knowledge of NAND flash, SATA, PCIe and NVMe standard is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel within the EUR region on a semi-regular basis.
Location: Milpitas, CA, USA
Estimated Base Pay Range (USD): $100,000 - $140,000 per annum
The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
