Flex Interconnect Technologies (FIT) seeks to hire a Business Development Manager to support its continued growth. This role combines best-in‑class account management with greenfield business development in an industry poised for continued growth in the coming years. Join a dynamic team delivering flexible circuit solutions to leading tech innovators throughout North America.

Job Responsibility
  • Grow FIT’s revenue through a combination of best‑in‑class account service and new business development.
  • Together with management, set targeted revenue goals across each of your accounts and your territory.
  • Meet or exceed those revenue goals.
  • Identify prospective accounts within your territory and work to develop contacts within those accounts into qualified leads.
  • Leverage FIT’s processes and best practices to convert those leads into customers.
  • Provide best‑in‑class account service and support based on each customer’s unique profile and needs.
  • Develop a steady stream of RFQs from across your accounts, on target with weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
  • Partner with Marketing to participate in trade shows, conferences, Lunch‑and‑Learn events, meetups and other lead‑generating events.
  • Use FIT’s CRM to manage your accounts, your contacts, their RFQs, and their Quotes.
  • Work with your accounts to forecast upcoming projects and needs.
  • Advocate for your customers internally with FIT’s Quoting, Engineering, and Order Management teams.
  • Collaborate with your customers to forecast the timing and capacity needs of upcoming projects.
  • Travel at least 25% of the time in support of your existing customers and converting new accounts.
Qualifications
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self‑motivation, with the ability to work productively under limited supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Experience working in a CRM system
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience in sales and/or business development, preferably in the PCB industry
