Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns.;
Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, observing visitor and contractor activity, and following established entry and exit procedures.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures.;
Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and other security-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner
