We are seeking a skilled and safety‑focused Wireless Technician to join our team in Milpitas, CA
. In this role, you will support the installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless communication systems across the Southern California region. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with cell site buildouts, antenna system integration, and troubleshooting RF and backhaul issues. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the reliability and performance of our wireless infrastructure.

The Role
  • Install, maintain, and upgrade wireless network equipment, including antennas, radios, coax, fiber, and supporting hardware
  • Conduct tower climbing and work at heights to install or service cell site components
  • Perform site surveys, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of wireless systems
  • Terminate and test fiber and coaxial cables
  • Interpret RF diagrams, site drawings, and construction documents
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, industry standards, and local regulations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for each project or service call
  • Operate company‑provided tools, vehicles, and equipment responsibly
  • Collaborate with field supervisors, project managers, and other crew members to meet project deadlines
Requirements
  • 1–3+ years of experience in wireless construction or telecommunications fieldwork (tower work, DAS, small cells, LTE/5G installs, etc.)
  • Understanding of RF principles, microwave systems, and IP networking basics is preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints, construction drawings, and RF schematics
  • Proficient with basic hand tools, power tools, and test equipment (PIM/Sweep testing, fiber testers, etc.)
  • OSHA 10/30, RF Awareness, and Climbing Certification strongly preferred (or willing to obtain upon hire)
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Experience working with major carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T‑Mobile, Dish, etc.) a plus
  • Familiarity with Ericsson, Nokia, or Samsung equipment a plus
  • Experience with C‑RAN, small cell deployments, or fiber backhaul preferred
  • Must provide a valid government‑issued photo  verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves driving
  • Passing of all pre‑employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
