The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment and discharge plans, and delivering high‑quality therapy services in accordance with state and facility standards.

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician referrals and therapy best practices
• Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans
• Document all services accurately and promptly
• Supervise COTAs in compliance with state and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
• Active Oregon OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
• Prior experience preferred — new grads are welcome to apply
