Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to serve on a SNF unit in Milton Freewater, Oregon. This is a full‑time travel contract position.

• Provide therapeutic services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

• Active OR or SNF UNIT license.
• Minimum 2 years of occupational therapy experience.
• Availability to start 05/27/2025 and complete assignment by 08/26/2025.
