Milton Freewater Health and Rehabilitation Centeris currently taking applications for a
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The ideal candidate will be a kind and compassionate clinician.

We utilize Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to handle all medication passes, allowing our nurses to focus on resident care, assessments, and clinical leadership.

We’re especially seeking a NOC LPN to join our team and enjoy premium pay for night shift coverage.

• Supervises nursing care to residents

• Complies with state and Federal Regulations

• Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team

• Maintains standards of professional nursing practice

• Required:
  
  Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

• Required:
  
  Current licensure in the state of employment.

• Demonstrates knowledge of nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation.
