• Processing supplier invoices accurately and in line with company policy
• Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies
• Managing supplier queries related to payments and orders
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting invoice reporting
• Updating supplier information where required
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure timely approvals
• Supporting audits and compliance requirements
• Contributing to continuous improvement within Accounts Payable

• Fluency in Italian OR Spanish (essential)
• 2–3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or invoice processing
• Good understanding of P2P processes
• Experience using ERP systems (Sage is advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
