Interim External Reporting Manager

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced External Reporting Manager to join its finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential for extension. This role offers the opportunity to lead group-level reporting and audit processes during a period of transformation.

Interim External Reporting Manager – 12-Month FTC (Potential to Extend)

• Lead the production of consolidated year-end and half-year financial statements
• Oversee subsidiary and regulatory financial reporting
• Own and update group accounting policies and technical accounting papers
• Manage external audit relationships and act as key point of escalation
• Provide technical accounting advice across the group
• Drive best practice and continuous improvement in reporting processes

• Immediately Available or 1 Months Notice MAX
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience
• Strong IFRS knowledge and technical accounting expertise
• Proven experience managing audits and working with senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience in a Big 4 or mid-tier audit firm is desirable
